3rd Annual Palliative Wound Care Conference May 17-19 2012

Date: May 17 - 18, 2012

Attendees totaling 153 from 3 countries (US, Canada and England), and over 45 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), were at this conference. The conference was well-received with excellent feedback. We are planning another conference next year, just a little larger. Feedback from our thirteen exhibitors and sponsors was very positive and all have indicated they would want to exhibit again. Information was shared by 15 faculty on skin changes at life’s end, pain management, maggot therapy, fistula management, foot wounds and osteomyelitis, support surfaces, legal issues, cost-effective care, alternative care and palliative wound care.
